Clients losing policy documents is probably the single most common cause of delay at claim time – help clients to avoid this by getting them to tell you where they have stored them. Use in conjunction with the client TouchPoint form template #05 (see this one here)
NOTE: there are two versions of this letter: this one is a general purpose one that can be sent any time (probably to existing clients as a marketing exercise). The other versions – TouchPoint template #24 and TouchPoint form template #25 – is for all new clients so has slightly different wording.
