Our Refund Policy

For digital products, due to the nature of the immediate delivery and receipt, we do not offer refunds or exchange so please choose carefully.

For physical goods, we do offer refunds as long as the goods are returned to The Risk Shop unsoiled or undamaged and in the original condition at the time of purchase. 

Return packaging and shipping is at the purchasers cost. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the goods are adequately protected for transport and freight. A refund will be refused if the goods are returned soiled or damaged. 

A full refund will be issued only of receipt and sighting of returned goods.
